Description

They say before you start a war,
you better know what you're fighting for.
Well baby, you are all that I adore,
if love is what you need, a soldier I will be.

-- Angel With a Shotgun : The Cab

Before anyone points out anything wrong with that background...I worked really, really hard on it. OTL I tried doing a bit of a different style than my typical 'painterly' one, and even used a couple of photos of mine as references for the water, sun, etc. It kicked my butt, but I'm sort of happy with how it turned out, although there's always little things about it that bug me the more I look at it...

Anyways, the assignment for the Water Tribe Primaries was to use their abilities to freeze the Waters of Ezrael at the mouth of the river leading up to camp. The hope is that this sort of ice-bridge will prevent the caimans from swimming up the river and sneaking up on them. In theory anyways. I was going to include the rest of the icing team, but then I remembered Sooka's an anti-social little loser and would prefer to work alone. She'd get too nervous using her skills in front of her other tribe mates anyways - she's so shy. ;^; Although by now, I figure she'd be a pretty formidable warrior at two season cycles...she has nothing to be so anxious about, the moron. ._.

I tied Sooka's hair back 'cause I figured she might want to be able to see what she was doing...or rather, I feel like it's something Vitani would have done for her. XD *shot* Gahh...and she looks so serious. Goddamn it, Sooka, have some fun with it! *smacks*

Now off to do Sorrel's so that Water Tribe can get extra points...

And so help me God, if that isn't fucking "orange" enough... ._.

I particularly like the ice and lighting effects.
